Mexican Pasta Salad

Ladies,
Here is the recipe for Mexican style pasta:
1 lb pasta,
1 each red,yellow and orange peppers-diced fine
1/4 cup diced red onions,
1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped up,
2 avacados cubed into pieces,
4-8 oz cubed pepper jack cheese to taste-add more if you like it a lot,or less if you don't .

Dressing:
1/2 cup neutral oil-olive oil ,
lime juice a little bit,
about 3-4 tbsp white wine vinegar,
1 tbsp ground cumin ,salt and pepper to taste,
a dash of tabasco if you like it spicy.
Shake all the stuff for the dressing together-I take a small bottle,add everything ,put the lid on and shake the hell out of it till the dressing looks like an emulsion.


Cook pasta according to package directions.Let it cool.
In a large serving bowl,add all the veggies,cheese... and add the dressing.Let it sit fora while-10 minutes.
Then add the cooled pasta to the veggies and garnish with the cilantro.
Done!!
