Silence is golden

My last post was almost 3 months ago and I am sure the few who ever kept track breathed a sigh of relief that I had finally decided to stop the nonsense!!I'm just kidding'!!
I missed my posts a lot! A blog is almost like a diary I think-especially mine which is more a venting ground for all my life experiences-a good or for that matter bad book I read, an interesting person I met, an annoying person I met, a recipe I liked, a recipe I hated, a tiff  with my sweet better half, the weather, my offspring..........I found that venting in my head makes me crazy-doing it online makes me feel so much better.
Now, the reason behind my silence-a huge deal actually. We sold our house. And bought a new one. And moved into a rental for the in between time. Which kept me so busy that my homeschooler had his vacation really early this year!!The emotional roller coaster that this whole process was is a blog post  in itself.
And the craziness isn't over yet. We haven't moved into the new house but will do so in the next few weeks. And I have my in-laws coming in for a couple of weeks.
So my posts are going to be sporadic for a while-I hear the sigh of relief from my friends!!
But I will share this one thrilling discovery I made in the last few pages of my son's Math book-there I broke the suspense!!
Yes, our little lovelorn teenybopper is back with her lovestruck confessions and guess what? She's fallen  back in love with Eric!!And he has a last name. This, at page 597.Unfortunately the book ends  about 50 pages  away and seems to hold no more surprises.
After my initial but totally justifiable misgivings about the previous owner of the book, I am,funnily, grateful to have had this chance to peek into the mind of a teenager in the throes of first love.
Hopefully she has had success  in getting Eric to love her back!!
Here's to the nameless owner of a Saxon Math 7/6 book resold over Amazon last year!!May all  your endeavours be successful and thank you for the lively distraction you provided for us this school  year!
